UTAH PERCUSSION FACULTY
We take great pride in the old adage practice what you preach, as we have traveled, performed and presented all over the world covering literally all aspects of percussion. Our students have gone on to professional playing jobs, university teaching positions, working composers, studio musicians, educators, audio engineers, industry work, arts management and music therapy.
We believe in an experiential, individualized approach to our teaching and utilize an ever-evolving pedagogy combining traditional “tried and true” methods as well as modern practices. Our goal is to provide aspiring percussionists with “tools” for their “toolbox” as they develop their own identity as artists and future professionals in the field.
